Took them almost one hour to bring out our food. Server apologized, saying they were severely understaffed. Everyone in the dining room tense and upset. When we finally left (1-1/2 hours later), cars were stacked in the parking lot, waiting for drive-through orders. To top it off, I had given a 15% tip on their autopay card reader when we had first ordered. They do have above average food, but we'll probably be going to Culver's from now on, when we want a good burger! Not worth the risk of having an awful experience like this again!

Paul and his crew always go above and beyond and the food was amazing as always!

After working in the food industry and traveling the country grabbing burgers from all over that's really saying something, especially for fast food. My partner and I really needed a pick-me-up and I'm so glad I drove through TBJ. We needed it!
