- RRRonikDec 27, 20251.0I ordered on Taco Bell app. They could not deliver the order and still i got charged. Upon asking for refund they simply said i need to talk with Door Dash without any hesitation. There is no concept called customer service in this store. They don't know to whom they charged in past. They simply say "I don't know" rather than providing solution to customer. Even Manager is not supportive. She was not ready to give her name either because she knew that she was doing wrong thing. They are playing blame game. They know how to take money but don't know how to refund. How on earth this store is doing business. Totally unsatisfied with service. Totally unprofessional behavior. Will never try this store again in future. And yes you still owe my money. I don't need food from your store.

The food is typical good Taco Bell food. If you haven't been to Taco Bell and know what I'm talking about I would be shocked. It's good. Taco Bell is just good, almost always. And this location is serving good food with the correct proportions. Only one item as of late has been made in a weird way where all the sour cream was in one bite. But all of the other items I've been perfect specimens of Taco Bell deliciousness. High praise to the window workers and to the rest of the staff here.
