there was one overeorked employee on duty. No one else. this review is for the owner. You need 2 people minimum at all times.

The girl did t know what provolone cheese was. I asked for the boss and she didn’t put the pepperoni on it!!!

So, I don't eat subway very often. Once or twice a month. Which makes the fact these issues keep happening worse given they always seem to occur. Always ordered though app for pickup. This is the closest location to me but will ultimately go elsewhere now.
1. Sandwiches are never toasted correctly. Always underdone or not toasted at all.
2. Ownership changes in last 6-8 months maybe? They always seem upset when you use the rewards or coupons. I don't really understand this one given it's right there in the app. No doubt margins are thin but they can opt out. The 1399FL code is what I use most often.
3. The biggest issue is, they skimp on meats and cheeses. I don't mean like, a piece here or there. But I have ordered their premium sandwich, like the Turkey titan, that is supposed to have extra meat and low and behold it's just a plain turkey every time.
It's a bummer over all. The location is convenient seems clean and organized. I can empathize this must be a tough gig. And mistakes happen. Not the end of the world. But it's clear these are systemic choices made by ownership.
