  We seem to be super lucky, and almost always get Mary for our server, who is amazing. She goes above and beyond to take good care of us ever time, wether we come on a date or with the whole family, always have a good experience.

  This establishment is a nice once. Very open and clean. This was our first time at this one. Our server was very pleasant and took care of our party. We met up with our friends for my husband's birthday. We only had one issue, our friend had found a metal object in his appetizer plate. The manager (guessing, she never said who she was) gave them a credit on their bill for the appetizer. Other than that, our meals were very good and tasted fresh.

  Overall great experience. The staff were very welcoming. Waitress was knowledgeable and prompt.The food was excellent. Although, we did feel a little rushed towards the end of our meal.

  My first visit. We had a party of 3. Our waiter took our order, for 2 only and walked away!! Got him back. 2 entrees came out. 20 minutes later the 3rd was brought out. Apparently they took it to the wrong table. Once it was brought to the table. A woman was, who brought it out. Was leaning on my seat, in my face. How I got such a deal! I ordered the 6 Oz but was given an 8 Oz. At no extra charge! Didn't get the one correct side. The mashed potatoes were ice cold. It was, like what just happened?? Was she the manager? No. Our waiter came back. Was everything ok? No, so he brought hot mashed potatoes. Then we figured out they took the wrong meal to the man across the wall from us and I got nothing for 20 minutes. 20 minutes while the other 2 ate. After some time, our waiter came and said he was sorry and we took it so well. How about a free dessert? Yes and the chocolate cake was delicious. Plenty for 3.

  This was absolutely AWFUL. I’m not sure why—whether the cook was new or they were short-handed. This was a to-go order. The mushrooms were undercooked, and the onion was soggy; neither was battered as well as usual. I called to complain and spoke with three different people. The manager never came to the phone, even though they told me that’s who I needed to speak with. They ended up giving me a card they claim they will mail, but they didn’t even tell me the amount. Usually, Outback Steakhouse is amazing. This visit was disturbingly AWFUL. The wings were passable, but not as good as usual. The bread was good—that’s it. The Tea looks like it is in a Gallon and they bring you a pouch Smh.
