- CCCJan 3, 20261.0Outside of the building, you can't drive through because of potholes and orange cones and parked trucks. The menu on the drive thru is wrong. We were greeted on the intercom but then waited several minutes to order while nobody else was in the building. We go to Krispy Kreme periodically because the doughnuts are fresh. The box we were given was frozen doughnuts. Not a great experience.

His patience and kindness was exemplary and he was very helpful to us. There should be more individuals like him in the world. He made our experience in store today an enjoyable one. As a matter of fact the gal wearing the headset walks away from the cash register and walks to the back. I guess clean up after the morning rush is more important so we walk out. Unserved and unhappy. I guess we didn’t need doughnuts after all.

This is not the first time I place an order ahead, show up to the store, and they tell me they don’t have the donuts I ordered. So you waste your time driving there just to hear “sorry you can get a refund in 2–3 days or you can take whatever we have.” What’s the point of ordering online if you can’t guarantee the order? If you’re out of items, don’t let people place the order in the first place. Total waste of time.
