  Went to the Krispy Kreme in Blm on Veterans Drive only to be told a couple times to "hold on". Ended up just driving away after 10+ minutes waiting in the drive thru. This wasn't the 1st time this has happened to us at this location. Other times we were told they are out of these and those. Really lacks customers skills. Will be avoiding this location and getting donuts elsewhere. I see that the poor reviews get a standard response too and appears no changes implemented afterwards.

  I’m not sure what is going on at this location but they never have any donuts anymore past noon. I was told that more recently they only make a handful of donuts in the morning and that’s it. If you’re not there by the early morning, you can count on only getting cold, glazed donuts. Such a disappointment. The only positive is that the staff is typically pretty friendly.

  All I wanted was a dozen of original glaze. They didn't have any, so I ordered donut holes. Every one of the donut holes were stale! Disappointed for sure.

  Great doughnuts. Miss having this in Peoria, IL but worth the drive to Bloomington. Lots of options to choose from, always fresh and tasty. Make sure to go when the light is on to get hot and fresh doughnuts. My daughters loved getting a hot doughnut and enjoying it.
