  What happened to “freeky fast”? Our order got passed off to Uber Eats with an estimated delivery time of 35 minutes, but it is not guaranteed. It's been 40 minutes, and still no food is very frustrating

  I don't know why you have to be so syingy with the hot peppers. Did it ever occur that someone wanting them on a sandwich would actually want to taste them? I ordered a giant and there were hardly any peppers anywhere to be found on it.

  Even when swamped with drive thru orders, employees took time, care, and effort with my meal while still getting it out in a timely manner. Inside was clean, service was great, food was excellent!

  After 20 minutes, still got the completely wrong order, even after correcting it at the window. Ordered two little John's with adjustments for allergies (no tomato on both, no mayo on one of them). These were combos with two different sodas and two bags of chips. Woman at the window tried charging me $22 for those. Those combos are $6 a piece so I knew she had it entered wrong. Corrected it with her (or at least I thought), and then more waiting began After driving away, both sandwiches were wrong, we only got one bag of chips, and both sodas were the same. Not sure which woman they decided to put at the window that day but she really shouldn't be there. Come on guys.
