Way too slow for Jimmy Johns, nkt worth it. Food here is good, but waited 45min in drive thru... and I placed the order ahead. Was ready when I pulled up to windows almost an hr later, so my sandwich was soggy. Last time I visited was a 30min wait, and that wasnt at peak lunch time (130pm). Either they need more people or they need to have these large orders park and go inside. Waiting 30-45m for a sandwich is a joke, considering the JJ down the street is usually a 2 min wait. Don't go here.
They were too cheap to pay somebody to plow their parking lot.\nAnd they skimp on what goes inside a sandwich , yet they charge a premium price

I placed an online order for an “unwich” at 7:52pm. I got a text at 8:47pm saying my delivery was canceled and that my delivery person “couldn’t finish” the delivery, asking me to contact the store. I called at 8:48. The employee who answered knew my name right away (presumably from my phone number) and said he wasn’t sure why the system sent me that message. He then told me that my order was delayed because they ran out of bread. I informed him that my order did not even require bread as it was an unwich. Then he told me they just got behind on other orders. He said he was going to deliver the order himself and that he would be to my home in 5 to 6 minutes. As I type this, it’s 9:01 and he is still not here. He didn’t offer to reimburse me for the inconvenience or make any attempt to make it right. This store has really gone downhill. They hardly ever get my order right and there is almost always something missing. Whenever they mess up, they always say they’ll put your name on a list so you can get a free sandwich the next time you come in. I can’t tell you how many times that has happened to me and they’ve only ever had my name on the list once. Rarely do we actually go to the store, and having your name on “the list” is not an option when you order delivery. Their slogan used to be, “So fast you’ll freak”, but that does not seem to be the case anymore. The food just isn’t worth it anymore if it comes with this poor customer service.

I am pretty upset.
I have ordered from Jimmy John's a lot. When I put in that I was at the airport, I even put where I am. Today it was contracted out to Uber Eats. When it was supposed delivered I get a notice that it was cancelled. I didn't not cancel it. I got a call from the store. I am currently waiting another 10 to 20 minutes for my food all because the Uber Eats driver didn't find me. There was also no call from that driver. Very disappointed
I ordered at 145 and it is now 249 and still have not received my food. Again very very disappointed.
