  Today is January 16 . Had snow over night. No ice melt in parking lot or sidewalks. Im in my 70s and come for coffee. Almost slipped on trampled snow

  We got a sundae and a blizzard. the brownie oreo cupfection was made right no issue. the choco brownie extreme barely tasted like chocolate ice cream and had only a few brownie pieces. ive gotten this before at other DQs and it was nothing like this one. the person who took our order was not even neutral but rather very bothered by having to take an order for 2 people when there was no one in the drive thru and no one else ordering. there were maybe a few online orders but no one else besides a few kids who had already gotten their order. it wasnt almost close or anything like that. the blizzard was also not flipped before being handed to us, but the person was for some reason stirring it around when she bought it up to the front

  Stopped here with evening tonight, they managed to get both orders sooooo wrong. Ordered (and chargerd) an m&m and oreo and a peppermint bark blizzard. We got an m&m and an animal cracker blizzard. Ridiculous as we were the only other car in line amd there was only 1 in the parking lot 😒
