  ordered a blizzard they gave me a plain cup of vanilla, I asked kindly if they could add toppings the worker said no

  This is the second time they have messed up our order. Messed up so bad that it’s having me question if the employees are intoxicated or high. Forgetting a sauce as a side? Okay, whatever. Forgetting whole blizzards, whole sides, not tossing my tenders? I work in food service and this place is horrible. I wouldn’t leave a bad review unless I actually felt scammed by this place, which I did. Get better management or employees, please. Do something.

  Today is January 16 . Had snow over night. No ice melt in parking lot or sidewalks. Im in my 70s and come for coffee. Almost slipped on trampled snow

  We got a sundae and a blizzard. the brownie oreo cupfection was made right no issue. the choco brownie extreme barely tasted like chocolate ice cream and had only a few brownie pieces. ive gotten this before at other DQs and it was nothing like this one. the person who took our order was not even neutral but rather very bothered by having to take an order for 2 people when there was no one in the drive thru and no one else ordering. there were maybe a few online orders but no one else besides a few kids who had already gotten their order. it wasnt almost close or anything like that. the blizzard was also not flipped before being handed to us, but the person was for some reason stirring it around when she bought it up to the front
