  I give service a 3 star because I had been ordering the same item all week and veggie burrito bowl being charged the same price each time which was reasonable until my last visit where the price was doubled. I informed the assumed manager what I was charged each time before but she stuck her nose up and didn't care causing me to leave empty handed in which the food ordered was my dinner that night as I did not feel like cooking.

  After ordering 2 chicken bowls and side of chips through the chipotle app for delivery, I received a bag with my name and order on it however inside the bag was the wrong order with the wrong name on it. I called the store to get this sorted out. The gal on the phone quickly knew exactly what I was talking about because she responded with asking about the order I received. She already knew. I was told I have to come in to get refunded. I may have got a little rude when I explained “if I pay a fee for it to be delivered, I’m not driving to the store for you guys to make it right when you’re aware you guys screwed up” then the employee hung up on me for cussing.. fair enough. I’d probably do the same thing. When I called back and asked what needs to be done to make this right. She again explained I must drive to the store. I said I’m not doing that and asked if there is a manager I can call. She said she was the manager. I said “okay, who is the general manager I can call?” She said “I am the general manager?” I then said okay well I’d like to call cooperate.. may I have you name so I can explain the general manager of this chipotle won’t help me properly” she said “no I don’t have to tell you my name.” Well. I have already called the customer service line and sorted this out with a complaint about the general manager of this location. I will never again order from, nor eat at this location again. 4/9/26 @ 7:45pm.

  Terrible experience. The girl working the to go area at noon today 4/1/26 was very rude. She didn’t say one word to me, just stared at me, I told her my name and she grabbed my bag, no eye contact and just handed it to me(they didn’t have the orders out but instead had them in a cart behind the takeout area) I thanked her and smiled and she just turned around and continued with the to go orders. Man, if you are having a crappy day don’t take it out on the customers! Not only that but I asked for extra cheese and received NO cheese and there was barely any chicken and the chicken I did have was super fatty. Such a waste of money!

  Service was great today I felt bad because the computer wasn’t working but the 2 guys were so nice about it and gave us our food for free and the food was amazing as usual

  Undercooked food, i have eaten here twice now in the past month and it has made me sick both times and now i woke up this morning with food poising. When i tried to contact the store all i get is an automated system and when i finally got a hold of someone (not at this store) they brushed me off, so I'm here letting others know not to eat the food here, YOU WILL GET SICK FROM UNDERCOOKED FOOD. So glad the company tired their best to make this right by ignoring me... Thanks Chipotle for the disappointment
