  Ordered online at 4:45 for 5:50-6 pm pickup. Arrived at 5:45 and was told 15-20 minutes. Again asked at 6:05 and was told they were still working on it. At 6:21 it finally came out. Got it home and there were to be 6 ranch and 2 blue cheese but all were blue cheese.

  Garbage restaurant that has no initiative to put out warm fresh food in a timely manner. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead or go to sit down. Ordered 1 single chicken wrap with wedges and waited well over 40 minutes before I requested the refund. And it took 3 employees before I got someone who didn’t act like I was crazy for wanting a refund and not waiting any longer Will never go back nor give this poorly ran franchise a dime

  This restaurant had very hard working staff, but was severely understaffed for a Saturday afternoon where there was March Madness and area hoops tournaments. We had a group, and it took at least a half hour to get drinks and nearly two hours for everyone to get their food. It was very clear they didn't have enough personnel to serve everyone. Be better at staffing management.
