  I went through drive thru today at 4/26 12:51pm. T59 The fries and onion rings were absolutely disgusting! The fries taste old, soft& soggy! The onion rings also soggy and crumbled! It’s sad that everything is so expensive these days and yet it’s hard to find good QUALITY of food! Sad! How can you go wrong with fries & onion rings??

  Always a classic, in every city I've tried! Can't go wrong and they have the absolute BEST cheese for cheese fries. My go-to when I've had a horrible day at work!

  Italian beef was delicious 😋 it was exactly how I ordered dipped with cheese and peppers. My first time at this location will definitely be back.

  systems were not working in drive through sat for 25+ mins for no reason.its sad a big food chain doesn’t have a working drive thru.

  Prices are getting ridiculous I ordered an Italian beef with cheese fries and a drink and it came out to $20. For that price, I could’ve sat down somewhere and had a full dinner. The quality just isn’t the same anymore. Ever since Dick Portillo sold the company, the food and overall vibe have definitely gone downhill. The atmosphere used to feel fun and classic… now it just feels off. Hate that they have kiosks taking the order. No interaction with people anymore. Definitely not what it used to be.
