  If you have to get Papa Johns, make the drive to another location. They have this low of a rating for a reason. Pizza was cold, dry, and stale directly after picking it up and making it home 10 mins later. We were willing to deal after having to cut the pizza ourselves, only to find the sauce was only at the very edge of the pizza, not throughout. I called, they argued with me for a short while before we agreed to have them remake it if I brought the pizza back which I did. Upon bringing the pizza back one of the men begrudgingly gets up from whatever tv they were sitting and watching to deal with me. He asks if I want extra sauce, I said no, I just want regular sauce and he points out to the sauce on the edge of the pizza and says "so there IS sauce on it, then." When I restated what I said above about the sauce, he just walks back to make the other pizza without much else said. The remade pizza was fine, I appreciate them remaking it, what I don't appreciate was the attitude of the male staff member I interacted with making remaking a pizza into a big deal. I wasn't stealing, I brought the original pizza back, I didn't start off with anger or being a douche. So, it shouldn't be a problem to just fix the issue. The female employee I interacted with while getting the fresh pizza was kind and professional, I didn't get her name, but she was a pleasure to interact with. As I said, probably a good idea to get your chain-restaurant pizza from anither chain, a locally owned spot, or just drive to another Papa Johns, because this one isn't worth spending the money on.

  Fun fact: after reading others reviews this place deserves a time out lol If you're stopping by to leave a negative review! Take an extra five minutes and email corporate with their store number and your experience. I used to GM three of these stores in my twenties, corporate will not be happy, someone will finally listen, and they get you some free za for your trouble while actually making this store change their practices. Too many of the same type of complaint and they'll no longer want their name attached to this owner. Order better pizza anywhere else Cheap. Disheveled. There is better pizza open late I suggest you go elsewhere. I am a pretty easy going person and don't leave bad reviews often but unfortunately when I do they are warranted. Placed an order. They completely messed it up and listened to no instructions. The normal topping were barely even there. So you can tell this place is just trying to cut back on cost by giving the customer less to begin with. I simply called and asked for it to be resent due to being allergic to the toppings. Between this diplorable store and Uber eats (received four dollars back) it turned into a nightmare and I'm just going to sleep with out dinner (traveling and in a hotel stay)

  As both a previous customer and currently an uber eats driver this is one of the worst if not the worst papa John's location I've ever been to. They are always closed way before they're supposed to be closed. They'll be inside but either cleaning up early or just in the back. And not to mention as a customer i wouldn't recommend anyone eating here since I've seen them on multiple occasions wearing flip flops with no socks they don't even wear the uniform and always take too long to attend me. 0/10 would not recommend anyone to order from here and if you are a uber eats driver seeing this and you get an order past 1:00 am chances are They'll probably be closed even though they close at "3:00am"
