This location was super clean when I visited. Employees hand delivered my meal (with a poured drink) directly to the table. That was a nice touch you don't always experience at the average McDonalds. The food was fresh, tasty and was in front of me in under 5 mins. I had a spicy mcchicken, nuggets and a large sprite.
This location felt a little small, but everything was modern, properly staffed and all the kiosks were operational.
Side note: I popped in during a post-lunch lull and overheard the location's manager discussing strategy with their boss - either regional management or ownership. They brainstormed on how to improve the experience for both the employee and customer. I could be wrong, but it felt like the work environment was welcoming, friendly and that input from employees and customers matter. This could be felt from top to bottom when I visited.
I'll try this location again at another time to see if the experience differs.

So I went pretty late, I was the only person there and ordered a quick meal. The fries tasted terrible, like they'd been sitting for atleast an hour or more. The sandwich had a terrible taste and was extremely dry

I had an extremely frustrating experience at McDonald’s at 1:14 AM on March 2 while picking up an Uber Eats order for DJ N. As a delivery driver, time is critical, and this situation was handled very poorly.
When I arrived, I couldn’t find the order ID anywhere in the Uber Eats app. However, I clearly told the employee the customer’s name (DJ N) and even listed all the items in the order to help her locate it in the system. Instead of trying to assist or check using the information I provided, she immediately refused to help because I didn’t have the order ID.
There was no effort to problem-solve or provide basic customer service. I was told I had to go through the drive-thru and figure it out myself. I ended up sitting in the drive-thru at 1:14 in the morning, trying to connect with an Uber support agent just to retrieve the order ID — something that could have easily been resolved if the staff had been willing to help for even a minute.
This was a complete waste of time and showed a total lack of flexibility and understanding. Delivery drivers are working too, and a little cooperation goes a long way. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.
