While waiting for my food I watched the young man place salted fries in my bag, I explained to him no salt he responded " no problem". Took the cooked fries from under the heated lamp and put them BACK in the deep fryer " I'm making you fresh fries" FRESH?? really? Is this a thing? Portillo's ??? By the way I watched the manager just walk by in oblivion! Quality has really gone down at this location- period

- RRR ROct 26, 20251.0They keep messing up my order , promised me I can come back then somebody took the receipt off their board that proved they owed me food , then I ordered a salad with no chicken same day and guess what was on my salad ...CHICKEN ..I am boycotting portillos for a while .. large fry isn't that large barely filled up the container.. they did fix first order but what an aggravation I went thru to give them my money , I don't think they care.
