The bloomin’ onion, rye bread and ice cold salads were as great as we remembered. The margaritas hit. I hate to say it, but we weren’t very impressed with the steaks. Each of us got a different cut requested at different temps, but all of them lacked a good sear and were kind of tough overall. Mid rare was a bit red. Medium was cooked a little long. Our prime rib had a big inedible fat block and was still a bit stiff. Maybe we were early in the shift and the grill wasn’t up to temp? Service was great. Hostess (new employee) was so friendly. Wait staff work well as a team.

- LLLizethOct 10, 20253.0Came here for the first time this week, off the bat noticed the servers were rude with hostess. Didn’t think much about it however we noticed that everyone seemed mad at each other, I don’t know vibe was off. A server came and started us with drinks, after another server came to greet us however we were already helped. Miscommunication no problem it’s understandable. Our order got taken. We got our food after 25 minutes. One of the orders was a steak so we tried to be understanding that it could take a while however the server didn’t bring our order out and it wasnt busy to have a runner bring it. we never saw the server at all after our order was taken. We had to ask another server for a box and a refill, we never got that refill on our drinks. The ribeye was definitely not worth the price as well. Overall it’s a bummer to have this experience especially since we were really looking forward to try something new.
