I order ahead on the app. My food is never ready. Half the time, they can't find my order. And it's ridiculous that what I order to get points is not available to redeem for purchase.

I bought two Sundays and the cups were almost empty. I complained and the lady said that's how they are, as if it were a gift, it's a purchase.
