  I went in and ordered on the kiosk and had gotten the $5 meal deal which comes with a breakfast wrap, medium coffee and hashbrowns. When they gave me my order it didn’t include the hashbrowns so i asked about them and they simply said they don’t see it on their screen and walked away. They were really rude and had no sense to try to resolve the issue. It showed in my app that i had ordered the whole meal deal but they didn’t seem to care about helping me with it. Terrible customer service

  This location is terrible. Some of the employees are extremely rude. A couple weeks ago I hit up the drive through before heading to work, I get up to the window and the lady tries to hand me an iced coffee(I ordered a refresher).. I tell her that’s not mine and she literally screams at me and says “What did you order??” Like really lady??? Fast forward to this morning. I figure I would give them another chance, I ordered a refresher, an egg and cheese croissant and two orders of hash browns. One of my orders of hash browns had just TWO in there. I looked in the bag thinking maybe they fell out, it happens…. But NOPE!!!! Rude people, can’t get your order correct….. I’ll be going elsewhere.

  The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The guy taking my order kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me finish my order like he was rushing. Then he handed me the drinks through the window without saying a word and gripping them so tight I thought he was playing a joke on me. Both other workers are sitting there on their phones. Didn’t say goodbye or anything, I got my last drink from his Hulk grip and he ran the other way to go do something

  Living in the neighborhood, I have frequented this D&D location for years. Yesterday evening several hours before the advertised closing time, I approached this location and the parking lot lights were off in addition to the sign. I drove to the drive-up screen and was told "give me a second". After waiting a few minutes, I spoke up that I was ready to order. After a few more minutes of nothing, I drove up to the drive thru window. Sitting there for a few more minutes, I observed zero employees. Eventually, I called it quits and drove away, observing an employee uncarefully hiding behind the counter watching me leave and smiling. As someone who runs a business, I felt an obligation to report the issue to someone and called the location the following morning, but the phone rang and rang for minutes with no answer or voicemail option. I don't do online reviews often, so this is just a hail Mary attempt to inform whoever owns this D&D that you have employees essentially closing your location during business hours so you can't make money while you are paying your staff. Sounds like a real sweet gig for the employees, maybe not so much your bottom line. During the last year or so, this location has gone down the drain in terms of customer service. I will never return to this D&D, and I will actively advise other people in the neighborhood to avoid it as well [most people do anyway]. If these employees don't even want to be bothered to take your order, I can't imagine the lack of care they put into their job when they are forced to do it. There is another location only a mile away, that location is much better, you can actually buy coffee there. Don't go here.
