I arrived at the assigned time to pick up my order and waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to help me. No one ever came over to ask me if I needed anything. I had to go up to a server at one of the tables and ask for help. The guys in the kitchen never came out; I could hear them laughing. And even when they did come out, they asked me about an order that wasn't mine without even bothering to ask me what I was doing there. After 20 minutes, they finally gave me my order. The restaurant was very dirty, and AFTER ALL THAT WAITING, my order was wrong... my order was missing an order of french fries.

The bartender was only helping waiters. Try having 2 bartenders on a Friday. My wife and I went there and wanted to have a good time but I guess my money wasn’t green enough for them. To be honest it looked like they needed our business but management understaffed the team and need to train the muscle head to talk less and help serve/help more!

I was ordering it before and I didn't have any complains but this time it pissed me off. They didn’t put a cutlery, the amount of salad was supposed to be definitely bigger , and the chicken should be cut . I actually took this order because I was really hungry , but what happened this time?
