  We pull up into the left lane. While there we are asked to go over to the right lane. No problem, we move over to that lane. We then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes for the employee to chit chat with her friend who was in front of us at the drive thru. After 10 min we honked as maybe a little reminder that there are customers still waiting. So the friend of the employee drives up, and the employee follows to continue their conversation with her friend, rather than taking our order. So we just go BACK into the original lane we were in. Here it was nothing short of incompetence. We ordered a quad espresso over ice. She asked if we wanted Americano. I said no, just espresso. She said so you want an Americano, that’s espresso? I said right. I understand what an americano is, that’s not what we want. She said, as if I was the stupid one, that an Americano is just espresso with water, so that’s what we’re looking for. I said no, we just want the espresso, no water. She said she would note it. Okay sure. Then I order an iced tea. She asks if it’s hot or iced… and I ordered a medium vanilla cappuccino. She asks what size? As if I haven’t already answered. Meanwhile it’s raining and rain is pouring into our car because this girl cannot understand what we are ordering. So then we get up to drink pickup. The girl that took our order left the espresso as an Americano. She never put that there’s no water, as she said she would. Overall there’s a lack of professionalism and training. This was a complete waste of time. I wanted to support them over Starbucks, but I can’t say that I will be back after that mess.

  7 Brew is THE hype right now. If you know anyone who lives near one, chances are, they have told you about it. This happened to me multiple times, so today I finally decided to try it. We waited in line for about twenty minutes, which was fully expected since the line went all the way out to the street. No big deal at all. The barista who took our order was super nice and not in any rush, which I thought was really cool - especially because of their massive menu which I'm sure brings a lot of questions from first time customers. We decided on two iced banana bread mochas and one iced tuxedo mocha. Once we got to the port where they give you your order, we heard them playing music with some questionable lyrics, which didn't really go along with their "Cultivate Kindness" tagline (not a huge deal, but it did give us a little bit of a laugh). Our coffees came out and they were A-MAZING. Except...the tuxedo mocha was just a plain iced latte. The way you know this coffee is incredible is that the person who ordered the tuxedo was just as pleased with their plain iced latte! Will be going back again to try more treats!

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew Coffee thanks to Bri! From the moment I pulled up, she was super friendly, energetic, and made the whole interaction feel so welcoming. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and it makes a difference. She took the time to help me pick out a drink and made sure it was exactly how I liked it. The service was quick, but it never felt rushed, which I really appreciated. My drink came out perfect—honestly one of the best I’ve had from here! Bri’s positive attitude completely made my day. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that kind of energy and care to their job. I’ll definitely be coming back and hoping to see her again!

  These bad reviews are nuts!!!! I’ve never been to 7 Brew before this location opened, my sister and I have gone there multiple times now. They have a really cool point system so you can get free drinks. The line is a little long yeah, but like what else do you expect? It’s a brand new, exciting place, of course it’s gonna be busy. All the workers are extremely kind, they get my order right every time. The music is a little loud but I don’t really mind, I just roll up my windows and put on my own music. The drinks are delicious!! Never once has there been anything wrong with my drinks, the coffees and energy drinks are super yummy. Will probably go there later today!!

  I had a really frustrating experience at this 7 Brew location. I ordered two different drinks, but was given two of the same. When I politely tried to explain the mistake and repeated my order, the employee insisted they were the same, which was honestly frustrating. The situation didn’t improve from there. The drinks had to be remade multiple times (three times total), and each time they were still incorrect missing things like cold foam or having ingredients we specifically asked to be left off. And the cups at that point were all sticky and dirty, It felt like my order wasn’t being listened to at all. At the end we gave up and left. On top of that, the communication and professionalism could definitely be improved. There was a clear attitude problem within the staff, and it made the whole interaction uncomfortable as a customer. I should not be getting dirty looks when correcting an error THEY made. I’ve had much better experiences at other locations (especially Naperville), so this was disappointing especially since I used a reward on this order. I just hope this location can better their training instead of making TikTok’s. Update : after visiting for the 3rd time. it’s still very BAD!!!!! I don’t know if they tried deleting my review as I can’t see it on google but definitely don’t waste your time.
