    Stop taking orders at 9:30 when they’re open to 10PM what is that bullcrap, don’t have the open sign on and lit up and change the hours online if you aren’t going to be open for your advertised times

    First, they subbed out our choice lf bread and made no effort to contact us, if I wanted white bread I would of just got Jimmy John's. Then I get home with the sandwich just to open it up and half of it is crushed and everything falling off of it. I try giving this location chance after chance thinking it's been 2 years since I ate their maybe they finally got it together, noooope.

    I really wish I could give this particular store a 0 out of 5 stars. The service here today was ridiculously bad. Awful is really the more accurate term. As far as I am concerned they deserved -34.68 stars since that is the exact amount of money they ripped me off for. Normally I would let minor mistakes go, but these issues effected the quality and taste of the food order and the customer service I experience from the manager on duty, Kayla, was so bad I had to speak up and share my experience. ***FOR THOSE WHO DON'T KNOW, when you order Subway through the app or any other means, the ticket will print off excatly what each sandwich is suppose to have, including any modifiers. So when your sandwich artist look at the ticket, they only need to add what is specifically listed on the ticket. So if a sandwich has no lettuce on it, it will not have the word lettuce listed underneath it. If a sandwich normally has lettuce, but the customer wants it removed, it will usually NOT be listed under sandwich. It is part of how they streamline the process and make things easier for the sandwich artist. Obviously, there is often mistakes, because life is imperfect. I get that. But any decent manger owns up to the small mistakes and makes things right. That is really where this complaint begins. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and one protein pocket( Italian BMT and the Chicken Bacon Ranch) Both footlongs had modifiers. Both were suppose to be toasted. I will attach photos of both sandwiches and you can be the judge of whether or not you think this is toasted or not. They look like they were barely even in the toaster. I understand that maybe this could of been an equipment issue or maybe an employee error, but the error is still Subway's mistake, not mine. If they said they were incapable of toasting it better than that, they could of been honest and I would of been 100% fine with that, but we never got to that point. Honesty was not on the menu today at the Bethalto Subway. There was also suppose to be no iceburg lettuce on the BMT, ( we subbed spinach instead) and there was a heavty bit of lettuce on it, which you will see in the pictures ( I had to remove it after my disappointing experience with the manager and realized there would no honest resolution). There was also suppose to be pickles on it, but there was none as you can clearly see form the pics as well. These mistakes clearly made the order taste different than what i wanted and paid for, so i call the store thinking that would make it right. To be fair, the woman who answered the phone was pleasant enough.When I told her my issue she said I would have to come back to the store and showed them the sandwiches. This was a little weird, but I get there are liars/scammers. I was 100% honest and could produce my receipts so I drove in. I was met by Kayla, the manger. She took my order in back to "inspect it" for 3+ minutes. Then walked around the corner and lied to my face and said it was 100% correct. No apology, no acknowledgement of any of the clear discrepancy in the receipts. She got very defensive when I pushed back slightly and even threaten to call the cops and waste taxpayer money when I asked for the store owner's name (still looking, no law against that). Kayla did offered up this "corporate number" so i can file a complaint. Feel free to call it yourself. It will tell you everything you need to know about the integrity and character of Kayla and the store she represents. You will only waste about 10 seconds of your life. I did have a slight chuckle myself. Trolls can be funny, but they make for trashy customer service representatives. The really annoying thing is that I would of been totally satisfied with just a remaking of the BMT and nothing else, but Kayla was more interested in playing games than resolving issues. Hell they could of kept the whole order that I brough in and threw it away themselves. I wasn't trying to screw them over in any way. I was just trying to get what i paid for. Hopefully the new Jimmy John's is better
