  I bought a large iced carmel machiatto and they gave me a medium that was filled halfway. I went inside to ask for a new one and all the workers just stared at me and wouldn't come over to help

  Best local McDonalds in the area. Friendly employees, atmosphere is mostly clean and food is always prompt. Not to the standard of chic fil a or Culver’s, but drastically better than the McDonalds in Edwardsville. Edwardsville McDonalds off Troy road is slow, dirty and employees are not customer focused at all. Worth driving to Hamel or Bethalto to avoid the main Edwardsville location in your want McDonalds.

  Despicable customer service! This is extra pickle and “only” Mac sauce, after being sent back in for not being correct the first time, this is what I receive! Will be driving 5 minutes down the road to the wood river location from now on. Ever since Bold sold it’s gone downhill 3/10 UPDATE: I am violently ill. Headed to urgent care to get tests ran.
