As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Guy infront ordered at the pick up speaker..... had to wait for his whole order.... why have sep. Online order lane??? Needless to say I went signed up the app and all that. Then no cheese sauce for my loaded fries.. I said I guess just fries then. Worker and mgr? Seemed shocked i wanted the difference back. I said or throw in funnel cake fries or something. He said the price is pretty much the same. Ummm no its not! After we tried eating what we got..?? I shoulda gave her the whole bag back!! All burgers were not even luke warm.... pie was lukewarm... and the fries that I over paid for... room temp and floppy!!!! My bun was so dry.... the top broke in 3 pieces while I tried to eat my cold dry burger. Not sure who the real manager/gen mgr is.... but he got issues he needs to address. I guess cold cheese sauce on cold floppy fries.... would of just pissed me off more!! At least when Mickey Ds screws up.... the fries are usually right!
- MBMike BiehlAug 24, 20254.0Rally’s is a fast food establishment where the food is delivered through a drive thru window. The restaurant isn’t a sit down style restaurant. The Big Buford is my burger of choice and their seasoned fries are the best. They have other options on the menu; such as, chicken strips and chicken sandwich’s, they also have really good shakes. I prefer this rally’s as the workers are friendlier and there is more places to park and enjoy your burger and fries. They have picnic tables available if you want to get out of your car.
