  Going through town just to quickly see grandkids and get back on the road to Colorado, ordered 12 breakfast sandwiches & 12 hash browns through the drive through, The First Lady was great, told us that if we called in advance in would help us for our convenience, big smile, great attitude, respectfully made her point, second young girl in drive through glared and huffed “ can you go to space three”, my husband didn’t here her and asked what and she didn’t even respond but directed her glare at me I guess to prompt me to repeat it, and shut the window on him, last lady who brought out the food felt the need to educate that 12 sandwiches, our order where we just spent 100$, the point of having a business, that we needed to call in advance. Two rude ladies. First Lady was professional

  They never get your order right. They seem to be brainless when it comes to food service. Can't even hand a darn drink out the window. Forgetfulness always.

  This place was absolutely packed at lunch time today with the drive thru 20 cars deep. I got to the window and forgot to order one item. Even though it was crazy busy, Jacob, the young man in the drive thru window, added my item for me without any hesitation and was friendly as could be. I know they were stressed out from being so busy but he didn't let that show at all. Great employee. Best fast food service I've had in a lonnnnng time.

  If I could post pictures of my order I would. I ordered online and redeemed my points to get a filet of fish. Said the code on the speaker, went to the first window. Got told it was canceled when it wasn’t and showed that my screen wasn’t showing a screenshot and that it was paid for. The app took my points to where I had 300 points left when I had 5000 to begin with. Then ordered it again through the drive thru paid for it again with my card. Got a pro McFlurry and I came home and ate it and it was only the top layer that was the McFlurry mix and the rest of it was JUST vanilla ice cream. Never will I be coming to this McDonald’s and you all need a better night crew. Their attitudes are horrendous and not at all professional. My pictures will be going to corporate since I can’t post them here there is no option to do so. I came to this store at 9pm on 11-17-25. That night crew scheduled needs to not be the night crew or needs babysat by a manager.
