- JHJeff HullDec 16, 20251.0Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru, 1st mistake, ordered a chicken strip basket and a triple cheeseburger with fries. The chicken strips came in 3 small boxes with the smallest "strips" I've ever seen. It was supposed to be a basket so it should have had fries and toast, nope. Six tiny strips, no fries, no toast. The girl did ask if I wanted any sauce I guess I should have asked what comes included with the "basket". I paid $21.10 for these 2 meals. Pathetic. I won't ever darken their doors again.

But in the last month during business hours and during peak times (lunch) the ice cream machine has been down due to cleaning (not broken) today I have called them and spoke with the nice lady (GM) and told her about my concerns. Hopefully they will change their cleaning policy for the very end or the very beginning of each shift instead of during the day. Once this concern is resolved I will change my review
- TSTori SDec 3, 20251.0Couldn’t call to ask if they could provide us with the food we didn’t receive. It states “mailbox is full” and doesn’t even ring. All the food tasted off and so did the ice cream. On top of not giving us all of our food, 2 chicken strips instead of 6, they don’t even have a 2 piece chicken strip box ??? They got our ice cream wrong too. Normally I give places benefit of the doubt but this was absolutely terrible. I’d recommended a different Dairy Queen
