Went here like a week or so ago. Had to stand there in line for like 5 mins because the girl at the cash register wanted to keep me waiting while she talked to a customer who already had their food. Then I couldn't pay for my order because they wouldn't take my $100 bill even though they had change for it in their safe. Normally I don't even pay with $100 bills but of course the one time I do it's a problem. I ended up having to get food elsewhere and it wasn't like I had a lot of time to spare because I had to be at work that afternoon. I just love taking time and gas money out of my day to go support a local business only to get treated with trash service. I'm not even a Karen by any means either I'm usually pretty understanding but some places make it hard. Seems like bad service is common at a lot of restaurants these days. There's always seems to be ab issue, they're out of products, they keep you waiting forever, they don't even offer a gift card or a free item to make it right when they do mess up, when you have a debit card they tell you they can only take cash, when you do have cash they don't take it or they say they're only accepting debit cards or certain bills. Honestly it's just ridiculous

Went into Arby’s in Bethalto IL tonight 01/07/2026 with my 84 year old mother. There was one other couple in there eating and a worker mopping the floors. As he moped he never wrung the mop out. Needless to say the floors were soaked and soapy. Only one caution sign was out. We all commented on the floors and he said sorry they are being mopped. I carefully sat my mother down in the nearest chair and went to order our food when ordering meals was given our soda cups and I went to fill them and the machine wasn’t working. Went back to the counter and same guy that was wetting the floor said oh we shut them off at night. Mind you it’s not even 8pm and they don’t close till mid night. Every customer that came in was in theirs 60’s or over and after the first customers got ready to leave they went to the counter and told the manager how wet the floors were. She said she would take care of it. When we finished our food and left the floors was still standing puddles. I tried to get a phone number for complaints but there was none posted anywhere and I was not offered a receipt to see if one was on it. Your very lucky no one slipped and broke a hip. I will never again go to this Arbys

came through on a snowy day today Donnie was the only one there but killed it. got our order to us super quick and kept everything organized. he even took the time to ask us what sauce we wanted.
