  all i had ordered was a larger dr pepper. simple order, you’d think. when i pulled up to the window the employee, some little girl wearing an oversized black hoodie with little white stars/patterns of sort w a visor, working the drive through attempted to hand me a half full large cup with watered down soda. i stared in disbelief for a second & asked her, politely, to fill it up all the way and asked if the soda for the machine had been changed out because the colour looked too light/watered down (i’ve worked in the food service industry so i KNOW these things). she proceeded to fill up the rest with the watered down soda & tried handing it to me that way, again. i told her it looked watered down, she claimed it wasn’t, i took a sip right then and there, asked her to please remake it bc it in fact WAS watered down, she claimed there was nothing she could do, claimed the soda had already been changed out in the machine, i insisted, she turned around, yelled for a manager and walked off. she came back 2 minutes later and handed me the same exact cup she had tried handing me previously, didnt even bother running the machine to make sure the soda was good/wasn’t watered down still. i left, didn’t even bother asking for a refund or another remake (it was a joke to the workers atp). i was so fed up with the entire experience, the entire interaction from the moment i pulled up right until i drove off had been incredibly unpleasant. i got home & called the store, hoping to speak to a manager or someone who’d actually listen to my issue, got laughed at over the phone the same way i was laughed at when i had asked the worker(s) to remake my soda 3 times. i doubt it was actually anyone in charge who had picked up. to ask for a damn SODA to be remade 3 times is truly beyond me, the people here clearly don’t give a care in the world at all about anything, unless ofc it has something to do with their nails, makeup or physical appearance. this location is BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL, seems it’s just a group of little bullies working there, especially during the night shift. this location truly NEEDS some more training or attention of some kind, i’ve never experienced customer service like this. ended up stopping at popeyes just down the road for a GOOD soda, workers there are always kind & pleasant ^^

  This location has recently gone through a remodeling, gone is the self-serve drink station and the kiosk is the primar way to order. If you stand at the counter long enough they will take your order. My purpose here today was to try the new Big Arch; this is a massive burger. The advertising said juicy & tangy and it delivered on both those claims. At half a pound of beef it is over 1,000 calories, 65g of fat, 53g of protein, and over 1700 mg of sodium.... nearly my intake of food for the day. The fries were freshly made and addictive. I don't know if I will order it again but if I do I will need to split it with someone.

  How stupid can a person be. Order a mchicken and wasn’t no damn chicken inside my damn mchicken. Smh
