  PLACED AN ORDER THROUGH THE APP FOR DRIVE THROUGH 04/09/2026 7:12pm REDEEMED WITH POINTS A QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE. I WAITED WHAT I FELT WAS LONGER THAN USUAL SO I REQUESTED A COMPLEMENTARY FRY. EMPLOYEE STATED HE COULDN'T DO THAT SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A "MANAGER".. SO THE SO CALLED MANAGER (GIOVANNI) ASKED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS I STATED IF I COULD GET A COMPLEMENTARY FRY. HE ASKED WHY, I STATED FOR THE WAIT. HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO THAT AND THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO DO THAT..I STATED OK THEN I WANT A REFUND.. WHICH CLEARLY STATES THROUGH THE APP NO CANCELATION.. DO YOU KNOW GIOVANNI INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING EVEN A SMALL FRY TOOK THE BURGER CREATED WASTE TOLD ME THAT I WAS DOING TOO MUCH AND CONTINUED TO GIVE ME A CASH REFUND PLUS THE TAX ON A BURGER I DIDN'T EVEN PAY FOR.. WHICH I WAS ECSTATIC ABOUT I NEVER KNEW THEY COULD GIVE ME A CASH REFUND ON AN ORDER I REDEEMED WITH MY POINTS THROUGH THE APP..... IT WAS AS IF I SOLD MCDONALDS A QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 AT THAT POINT I COULDN'T EVEN BE MAD OR UPSET ALL I CAN DO IS REPORT TO GM CORPORATE AND REGIONAL MANAGER TO LET THEM KNOW WHAT KIND OF PERSON THEY HAVE AS A MANAGER WORKING AT THIS LOCATION WHICH IS OBVIOUS HE'S STILL A TEENAGER AND HAD ALLOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, MCDONALD'S POLICY, WASTE, REFUNDS, APP POLICY , AND SO MUCH MORE THIS INDIVIDUAL SHOULD NOT BE LEFT ALONE AS MANAGER OR EVEN AN EMPLOYEE BUT LIKE I SAID HOW CAN I BE UPSET I GOT MONEY BACK ON A BURGER THAT I DIDN'T EVEN PAY FOR..DIABOLICAL..I TOOK THE MONEY AND WENT TO PORTILLOS AND GOT THE 9.99 DEAL FOR A BURGER FRIES AND A DRINK... THANKS GIOVANNI... WAY BETTER QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION.... RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER CARE TEAM... DONE AND SUBMITTED....

  I went back due to the food not being correct they added cheese when I specifically said only ketchup and mustard, not only that one of them had a hair on it. I went back after explaining the situation they took the food after that I heard them talking in Spanish stuff like “probably it was the guy’s hair” I found it very rude but I decided not to be confrontational about it, please be better with your service with customer service

  I have a LOVE / HATE relationship with this location. I LOVE that they have menu items that no other local Micky D's offers. Like grilled chicken, steak for breakfast, and mixer drinks with Red Bull! I HATE the DRIVE THRU and PARKING! To park you MUST circle the building using the BYPASS lane next to the drive through. People treat this lane as an entrance to the outside ordering speaker for the double drive through. Ignorant people try to "cut the line" by stopping and HALTING everyone trying to find a parking spot!!! McDonald's put up a curb to protect your drive thru customers! HATE - Accuracy is sometimes horrible, even if you use the APP. Special order a top of the line GRILLED chicken, get a cheap FRIED chicken sandwich instead (almost every time). Order big breakfast with pancakes... no suryup or utensils!
