Ordered on the app for the drive-thru and the line was outrageous; so I went inside to see if they could give me my order and this lady met me at the door and said that the inside was only for doordash MIND YOU IT WAS ONLY 11pm!! So then I waited in line for 30 minutes and decided to go back inside. I walked in and she gasped and goes “I thought the doors were locked” another lady proceeded to say “they are” she goes “well this one was isn’t” I said can you not just give me my food? I’ve been waiting in this line for 30 mins. Why should I have to wait on my food that’s already paid for on the app knowing it’s getting cold? She was like “I don’t know what to tell you” Worst employees EVER.
