    Doesn’t support Veterans day sadly. Don’t waste your time coming. Saw the car ahead a Marine and than myself Army leave. Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks does more.

    I'm sort of new to retail Panera Bread. I came to enjoy their food thru catered events. The local selections are not quite the same as the catered sandwiches I like so much. I enjoy the Sip Club.

    They do not accept constructive criticism well. I have mentioned countless time that they need to bake more soufle’. They are constantly out. I have also mentioned that the service is slow. I have yet to see an improvement.

    I’ve gone to a few different Panera locations, this one by far is the best. The customer service stands out, Danity always greets me with a smile, is super helpful and professional. The management team is always greeting customers and supporting the staff. Really nice to see teamwork and a friendly staff.
