    because I went there to keep me warm. and have coffee and meal. end out more sick . the heating system was nothing. major ice cold air coming from floor and bathroom men. and also the girl got silent when her boss came next to her to talk to me and take over the coversation and told ke i had no $20 redeem coupon associated with my phone number or account she know very well what she did. she wanted make me feel bad in front if her boss. not care about customer. only care about herself selfishly, i contacted the customer service over the phone and they told me she in fact ordered and redeemed my $20 and i think there was still a $2 credit remaining but supervisor thought i did not had coupon also she used my sip club for coffee mug. that is why supervisor was nit able to see it on my accojnt maybe. not sure. find out quite strange behavior. i have been at panera bread across usa and never had issue like that except one time in valporiso

    I didn't get the name but the front counter staff at 12:20pm on Dec 15 2025 was very courteous and kind to me even when my order was taking longer to cook. Very good customer service.
