  they take for ever to respond and they speak to you like your bothering their day by purchasing coffee earlier morning service is okay just don’t plan to go after 11 because it’s an unpleasant experience

  Not a good feeling being told “have money ready” “you owe me 98 cents” that is not the proper way to say those things. You better have my order ready then when I pull up to the window! It’s ever since that new guy started working there.

  Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts it’s a problem now I went today this morning and they shorted me $.60 because they didn’t have any change. How are you shorting your customer you are supposed to round up if you don’t have change that’s not like it was pennies that was coins, quarters dimes that’s add up and when I said so, she had a little snotty attitude about it Sure, cause it wasn’t her money it was mine i’ll never come to this location again they had their last chance always bad customer service or something

  Terrible service. The girl who served me was very slow, not to mention that after taking my order, she gave their food to two customers who arrived after me. My food was already cold by the time she brought me my coffees. A very bad experience. I will never go back there again. And if I could, I wouldn't even give it one star.

  People ignore you, and if you order from the app still have to wait until your order is ready. It may be better order inside and forget the app.
