Unfortunately, when walking outside I mistakenly dropped my coffee right in front of the store. My boyfriend went inside to get it refilled because it literally just happened, but the woman working the cash register refused to remake the coffee. It was extremely disappointing. We come here all the time and I have never been to an establishment that refused to remake a dropped product.

Was not paying attention and kept getting my order wrong and charged me for something else and said it was the same price when it was more expensive than what I wanted. When I was at the window all I could hear was her talking poorly about other people. I didn’t get her name but she should not be taking orders.
