- KHKristina Herrera4 days ago3.0It's kinda hit or miss. Usually in the morning on the way to work, the woman who works the drive thru is really nice and knows what she's doing. If you go inside, the service is mediocre, they don't know the menu and they're not very nice. What's weird is that even during the coldest part of winter, their menu only shows cold drinks. What if I want a hot drink on a really cold day, is that the craziest thing? You have to ask what the hot drinks are and then they don't even know.

I told the cashier and the response I got was "Ohhh are milk might be expired." I asked for a new drink and was immediately told no. They didn't even suggest maybe a refund, just left me with my drink which did not edible. Now I avoid here and to this day still tell people they should aviod here too.
