So I asked for refund. She went to the manager who told her no refunds. I asked to speak to her and was told to wait so I waited and waited, over 20 mins. So I asked again and Pamela says manager won’t talk to me, they don’t give refunds. Polite arguing was ignored.

This most recent time I was hosting a birthday party, I placed the order 3 days prior, I arrive on time to pick up the order, first I'm told that I was at the wrong store, then when I showed them the email with the store address, then I was told they never received the order. I had to wait for almost a half hour and never got the cakes I ordered, and I still had to pay. Great customer service. Your company had 3 chances and you blew three chances.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
