  I’ve been to this location twice in the past week, and unfortunately the second experience was even worse than the first. The first time, the employee helping me had a clear attitude and was not welcoming at all. Before even taking my order, I stood there patiently while she skipped me and took orders from two people who had been sitting down. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. When I finally ordered, she didn’t give me the full meal options. I even asked if that was everything it came with, and later found out there were additional items I wasn’t offered. The overall environment also felt poorly managed. The drink station wasn’t being monitored—someone walked in off the street and filled a dirty Gatorade bottle, which is honestly concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I decided to give it another chance and ordered ahead the second time to avoid the in-person experience, but that didn’t go well either. My order wasn’t placed on the pickup shelf, so I had to ask for it. When I approached the worker, I greeted her and thanked her, and she said absolutely nothing—just a blank stare. No basic customer service at all. At this point, it feels like there’s a consistent issue with both service and management at this location. I don’t expect perfection, but basic courtesy, organization, and cleanliness should be standard. I would avoid this location and seriously consider going to another one.

  The decor is actually one of the best that I have seen for a chipotle restaurant. Great option for dining in and enjoying your meal! Food not so...I inquired about how long it would be before they bring out more veggies (especially because i ordered a veggie bowl), considering it was less than 2 scoops in the tray and it was burnt! The response i received was we just put this out. Needless to say i received 1 small scoop of rice and 1 scoop of veggies, plus the guacamole already was browning 😮‍💨. It definitely was not the best 1st experience to this location.

  All staff sucks except for the cashier who said have a nice day. The experience here is highly became a idgaf atmosphere. When yu ask for certain food items they whisper to each like as if it's a problem to receive something I'm paying for. Hope they hire all new staff the young ppl makes the experience horrible

  I used to love coming to this place but the restaurant was so filthy. Tables were so dirty and the garbage can was filled all the way to the top. I’m made me very uncomfortable eating because I would look at my surroundings and everything was so filthy and disgusting. The burrito that my husband had didn’t have enough of food. They didn’t have fajitas They didn’t have corn The chips were stale I hoped the manager would be able to make sure the restaurant is clean and they have enough of ingredients to give to the customers.

  Please explain to me why I paid EXTRA for Al Pastor protein??? And yet they gave me TWO PIECES OF CHICKEN?! I'm just eating beans and rice at this point! I COULD HAVE MADE THIS AT HOME THEN! This place is a joke. I deserve a refund. I tried calling multiple times no answer. It goes to show how bad they are at their job. And of course their voicemail is full, I'm sure it's to deter other people to call and complain. Corporate needs to do something about this so that their store can actually improve. Otherwise they will stay stagnant in their growth and mediocre forever. I have worked in the food industry, I would have been embarrassed to serve this to someone. I guess they don't have dignity in their work.
