  I placed an online order today for a package of wings. First, they didn't give me the flavors I chose. Second, they didn't give me the sauces or sides, just the wings and some fries. 😒 unfortunately I don't think I will return

  So when we got here we got sat at an squished in table and we moving and the table we moved from they sat people down right away and took their order first and we got our food and my mother's fries were cold and my father's

  I walked in and the server handed me the dirtiest and stickiest menu. I got up and walked right out. I was really disappointed. If you can’t keep your menus clean, I wonder what your standards in the back of the house are. I hope the manager reads this.

  Food is consistently horrible. Today my grilled tenders were clearly cut from a full tender (knife marks and all) so I received 5 about nugget size tenders. Even tho we live 5 minutes away, the food is never warm, usually cold. How are we waiting longer than the scheduled pick up time for the food to be cold anyway? I pay for sides and extra sauces that I don't get. Seems to be a common theme with bww so I have no idea how this chain is still in business. Will never eat here again. I will throw a party when they finally close!

  It was not very welcoming here, the person who was in front told us to sit anywhere. In my opinion, that is incredibly unprofessional. In my understanding, workers are supposed to lead us to a table. She also had attitude with the tone of her voice. She looked about 18. Our waiter was extremely nice, and she made things a bit better. The food was overall great.
