- DBDebbie Baine2 days ago1.0Ordered and sent to park and wait. Normal...at exactly 12 minutes of waiting I went in. Stood there for at least 6 minutes. Once finally asked if they could help me, I explained about the order. "Aaaaa we don't have any order." Well I paid exactly 12.00 for it. "OH I remember that order...I guess we gave it to someone else." (always get your receipt folks, even with a simple drink, get receipt). So I just said I wanted a refund. He had to search back through orders. Close to about 20-25 minutes worth by then. Once he found it I requested the refund to be put back on my card. "OK."..Once he opened the drawer he said I need to give you cash.... Well ok! Then not even an offer to make things right and re-do the order. Nope!!! Nothing!!! I don't know about kids anymore. They are only physically there. They don't think or even give a darn. We are a nuisance to them. I don't get it. Sad!!!
