    Standard Arby's. Dined in. Service was quick, and the food was hot. The woman's bathroom was very clean.

    Wouldn't answer the phone even though I called 14 times, so I go up there to the drive thru and the woman just stares at me for a solid minute then turned around and went back in. I knocked on the window and she comes out and says sorry we're closed. They close at 12am. This was at 1130. Server had a very snotty attitude. I will not be back.

    My daughter and I swung by one day and got dinner. We were in a hurry and went through the drive through. We began eating and the food was cold. I called up to let the employees know and they offered to replace it. I go up today and the drive thru lady was so sweet and we got our food. Everything seemed great and I was so excited to eat my Classic Roast Beef Sandwich, as was my daughter. We opened our sandwiches and they were overdone and on the wrong buns, buns we do not like. Unfortunately they went straight into the trash. Everytime I've called, I've gotten a busy tone. It's very frustrating. Friendly service, but my replacement mess up order was still messed up. 😞
