    4/20/2026 Worst Arby's ever! Had to walk around the ENTIRE STORE just to get in the door. The girl upfront completely ignores me to take care of the drive thru. (4 people were on the clock) The girl making the sandwiches was spewing out vulgarity at a high level even a Marine veteran would find offensive and excessive. I then am given a small cup after being upcharged on the receipt for a medium. I also get curly fries in a small size and am not even asked for sauce. The training here is poor and the management is non-existent. They also gave me at least 2 oz of meat below requirements. Unacceptable

    So I work in law enforcement, we barely have time to eat let alone working midnights with limited options. I went to this establishment on Friday, March 20, 2026 @ Approx. 2230 hours. For myself and other co-workers. I was greeted with a huge sigh, and “order when you’re ready” but you could tell it was meant as “great another customer and I have to do my job” - I remained polite and after a brief moment looking over the menu as I usually meal prep, I informed them I was ready. Another sigh came over the comms with a “then go ahead” with attitude added with the “great finally” I began with my order, and every response was just sighing attitude. So, before I finished with my order I just said “You know what, just forget about it. I’m not dealing with this” and drove away. Listen, if you cannot even have care in taking my order, how the hell am I suppose to trust that you will have care in making it? How you act, dress, etc speaks volumes in the food industry. I work in this area, and although I meal prep, if I ever run into a situation work co-workers or needing food, I’ll never come here.

    The window order take could not understand he keep repeating something i did not order even when i got to the window told jim to his face, he just could not understand the orderhe said it was 19.85 then it was 17.94 he said it was the tax. I said no way tax is 8 dollars, i only want 1 order its 7.99 plus tax it should not be more than $9 for the whole order tax isnt that hight. He doubled the order. It took way too long to get the order straight. I wanted to upgrade the 7.99 meat deal to a swiss sandwich for $2.00. He kept adding a whole meal. I understand new trainees i really think his full attention was on something else. I was talking to him face to face, he did not know what i was talking about. A 2.00 add on swiss dipping sandwich. The needs to work with the window guy Illinois Arbys manager. That person should know every item on the menu + any upgrades to the meams

    Monday March 16th 10a.m The older lady in the maroon vehicle opened the store . But when I went to place my order no one answered so I drove around and she just looked at me ? No service no explanation nothing So the whole work crew went to kfc
