  Our company ordered here for employee appreciation day. Everyone was excited we haven't had Jimmy John's in awhile. Food arrived.. we had to call since half the subs were wrong. Mine arrived at first I thought was toasted.. but no the bread was stale and I wasn't the only one. It was so HARD it was disgusting. The best part of the food was the drinks and chips. I should have checked the date on those but I was so hungry. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST JIMMY JOHN'S EVER.

  WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SANWHICH PREP?! Pls pay attention to customizations. There's been numerous times where I've requested more of or exclude an ingredient and instructions are never read correctly. So disappointing bc I love Jimmy johns and have tried time and time again with this location and it's always a hit or miss. The store is never open on the hours they claim, & don't bother ordering an hour before close. They will deliver the sandwich once the store is closed as a last delivery. Last time I ordered a sanwhich at 7:10pm and my sandwich was delivered and arrived at 8:09pm by a young man.

  Destiny and Casey were working and were extremely kind and made amazing sandwiches for me and my band. Fueled us to get right back to recording our upcoming EP. Shoutout the GOATs Destiny and Casey.
