  Trabajadores groseros !!! Mi esposo hizo un pedido de tacos 15 en total pagó cerca de los 30 dólares . en los cuales pidió todo aparte (cebolla y cilantro aparte ) . Cuando los ordenamos le dijimos a la chica en este lugar que nos pusiera todo aparte porfavor ella dijo que estaba bien . Después de esto al llegar a casa nos dimos cuenta que ella puso todo adentro . Regresamos para informarle A lo cual ella dijo que era mentira que no le indicó esto , después dijo ok tú me lo Dijiste pero no puedo hacerlo porque solo puede poner las cosas aparte si son 15 órdenes . A lo cual le dijimos que entendíamos pero que ella jamás nos dijo esto antes de ordenar y porque si aya sido así habieramos pedido los tacos plain . Esta persona se portó grosera , nos gritó y no resolvió su Error . Simplemente demostró que no es capaz de ser parte de un servicio al cliente . Jamás sele habló con groserías ni alzamos la voz ella en cambio si lo hizo

  The food was excellent, but unfortunately the customer service fell short. The employee who took our order was not friendly and spent time on her phone with the speaker on, watching videos. Meanwhile, most of the tables were dirty and could have been cleaned instead.

  Love their tacos but the girl they took my order was rude. I gave my order and I was short one order and she says to me- The problem is I repeated the order back to you. And the entire order was no cilantro and of course there was cilantro.

  I go to the brick and mortar store in Belvidere and the food truck that's off on State Street and let me tell you that the tacos and tamales that I get are always hot and fresh and so good. The service is top notch and they are always pleasant..
