- LBLuke Bell1 day ago2.0Coffee is usually fine. If you order through the app and have food of any kind in that order, you pretty much always have to go back to the counter or drive through because they either give you the wrong items or give you nothing at all.

I ordered a caramel iced latte with oat milk due to my dairy sensitivity, and the guy working at the speaker repeated oatmilk back to me and the drink they gave me was not made with oatmilk and it was not on the tag on the drink. I understand I should have checked before leaving but really? Should I really have to do that? If the drink is repeated back to me correctly but the drink handed to me was wrong, that’s on them.
