The first issue was the DQ employees were closing at 7:37 when the sign said closing at 8:30. On the way home, we arrived at 7:15, we were told that only cones and sundaes were being served. The sign still reads that it closes at 8:30. I asked one of the two employees, why a blizzard couldn't be made. The first response was that they were closing. I said an hour early? The employee said they are now closing at 8:00 pm instead of 8:30. Then, proceeded to explain that they needed to clean up, which takes 2 hours. I noted that you should offer the menu until closing time and then clean up. The employee then said they were short staffed and minors and had to be home. These two instances will be the last time that I ever stop at this DQ.
