  Ordered a plain number one and a plain cheeseburger kids meal. They made the number 1 correctly. Made the kids meal w everything. Went back through the line, an additional 20 mins on top of the original order. They hand me a new bag and took the other one back. Great. I should've known better but assumed they made it correctly. We get home and its got EVERYTHING on it!!! REALLY and you all want 15 or 20 an hour!!! Any how. My son is eating my number one and im gonna eat some chips later. Screw you guys especially when one meal and kids meal is 20 dollars!!!

  I have ordered from this Wendy's a handful of times and it sucks everytime. Before we moved here to Belleville, the Wendy's in our old town was a favorite. Not here. They have messed up my order every time. Tonight I did a mobile order with no cheese sauce on baconator fries and I had only cheese sauce. No bacon and no shredded cheese. It is like this every visit. When we eat inside, the service is always bad. And the food is usually cold or they are out of something. This is my last visit. So disappointing.

  The only thing hot was the fries and the chicken was old and cold and had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby to get the food and lady uo front was rude and slow

  Went later in the evening (between 8 and 9pm) only wanting 2 items, nuggets and fries.. simple right🙄😒. Asked if I could get them cooked to order and said I'd be willing to wait out of the way. Person on the intercom said, there's no need for that, WE SERVE OUR ITEMS COOKED TO ORDER. cool, I've never been to this location so I can't call them a liar. There are two cars in front of me and zero in back. The two cars in front were gone in under a minute. When I got to the window my order was waiting. ( Insert confusion 🤔🤔) I pull away from the window, reach into the bag 🤬🤬 over cooked nuggets (hard and warm) and cold fries. Like damn i asked for one thing.. was even willing to move and wait. Who wants to pay money for crap?!? This is why I asked for cook to order. But it's OK, I'll never spend another dime at this location.
