  Definitely cooked and then reheated the fries in oil that taste like it hasn’t been changed in months almost rancid like definitely not the rallies from 10 years ago and I’m not sure how it could’ve got much worse. I don’t know if this is a rallies location issue as an individual restaurant but I definitely didn’t pay $15 for reheated fries and oil that been sitting there for who knows how long that makes everything taste the same. It’s so bad you can’t get it down. In today’s economy, that 20 bucks could’ve went a lot further than my stomach hurt. Very disappointed. I couldn’t even get ketchup even though I sat there in front of the lady while she acted like I wasn’t even there until I finally drove off, but at least catch-up would’ve helped to get that down or give it a better taste and that only cost about a quarter a packet. Strawberry cheesecake bites have no strawberry in it super super hard. Pretty sure they were all just thrown in together and reheated after previously being cooked and I just wanna say that can really kill somebody.

  I ordered off the ap because I had a long day at work! Just wanted to feed my kids and go to bed!!! I ordered 6 meals! My daughter grabs the food and comes home! We realize there is a whole meal missing! I have to go back because 1 kid is without food!!! I take my xl fry back with me! It was hard and cold!!! I pull to the speaker and explain he tells me from the gate I got all my food they remember that! I explain to the dude I got 6 meals!!! 6 drinks and 5 burgers 5 fries and 5 apple pies! I then asked could they replace the fry I wasn’t able to eat cause I had to come back and feed the kid without the food!!! The high pitched tone in twinkle toes voice let me know they aren’t the kind of people to make things right! Argued me up and down while telling me he wasn’t gonna argue about remaking the food!!! Remake a whole meal for my under 11 yo child could eat that was never given to me from the jump!!! Miss mouth in the corner telling me to go to the ap and request a refund!! I don’t want a refund I wanted fries I could eat! Had I not had to come back up there they would have been ate!!! I love me some rally’s but refuse to go because this location is pure ridiculous!!! Waste of my time and my money!!!! Suga foot don’t like his job I can provide a job for him and maybe he don’t have to be so nasty!!!!

  The young man at night, who seems to run the show, always makes sure that my order is right. He always has a good attitude and makes you feel welcomed. Best Rally's in Illinois AND Missouri!
