I was about to go into the store when the shooting happened, I am afraid to go to this location. This location is sad and it needs to be cleaned up ASAP.

I'm going to let you guys in on a little secret. I have never eaten at Qdoba. I have had very little interaction with their staff. And the atmosphere is that of any recently opened fast food restaurant. They seem to be selling a lot so I'm going to assume that their food is pretty damn good. They keep cranking out orders; assumption number two is that their service is pretty damn good. I don't have to assume anything about the atmosphere. The workers are very busy and focused on serving food to the community at the best of their ability. The line of customers must not have cared about their wait time meaning the food must be worth it. Is surely wasn't Debbie Gibson playing over the restaurant speakers for everyone to hear drawing in and keeping everybody there. This isn't even about Debbie Gibson, who is okay in my book, as she is no Sheila E. So what I would like to ask you all is: how would you feel if they changed their slogan to "Qdoba. We must be doing something right or you wouldn't be here." Duh, Duh, duh, dat's all folks! Because that's all I have to go on. Google should really start asking me about businesses that I've actually spent money at. What a bunch of goofballs. Of Course I'm going to write a review for some place I've never been a patron of. It's like they don't know my brand at all.... Can you imagine if only fans had reviews. Do you think people would read them or completely bypass it and go straight to the content?

The place was dirty, I noticed more the longer I sat. Each table had trash or food on it. The food would've been okay, if the rice wasn't so overcooked. The drink station was gross. Spilled soda, cups and tops still in the packaging it came in. I asked for a knife and was told they have none.
I would've complained about the undercooked rice, but I don't think any employee would've cared. The ones that served me seemed like they'd rather be sleeping.
When we left, I noticed their dumpster area was disgusting. Torn bags and trash everywhere.
You could tell not one person employed there gave a crap about the space or the cuatomers.
$45 for 3 people. What a waste.

The dirtiest and the most disgusting restaurant i have ever been to. From the outside to the inside. The dumpster area looked like it was ransacked by a family of Bears. The front looked like it have been been swept for weeks. The dining room....every surface: tables, chairs, booths, beverage dispenser area, was so gross I was considering leaving and calling the health department. The kitchen was even worse. The food tasted like it was cooked by untrained first graders: undercooked rice, over cooked steak, greasy ground beef, wilted lettuce and cilantro. The staff seemed ignorant and unbothered. If I could give -5 stars i would. This is very concerning on all levels hopefully my family and I won't get sick from the food.

I keep trying here but each experience gets worse. Places is messy. Staff is very unfriendly and unkept. Always out of product (not busy) and staff don't care. Fortunately there are several other options close in This area I can send my money. Too bad. Lost me as a loyal customer at this location. Done trying
