  I can't speak to Atmosphere or in person service as we ordered delivery. However, I will speak on accuracy of order and overall presentation. Two out of four of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. One was modified in app and was supposed to be a stripped down Italian sandwich for my autistic child. They did not take off the ingredients requested and qued a melt down from kiddo at no fault of his own. The second sandwich was a bacon Turkey Bravo, except they never added the bacon to the sandwich. Now we move on to the soup. They put the croutons/bread in the french onion soup and sent it with the courier instead of just putting the croutons on the side. The spicy asiago sandwich was okay but was covered in sauce. It was tightly packed so I have to imagine the sandwich was put in the wrapper that way. Incredibly disappointed in this experience and will not order from Panera again.

  Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and they literally gave me broth and a huge carrot lol. No noodles, not even a piece of chicken! They can obviously tell if there is no chicken/noodles meaning no CHICKEN NOODLE soup left to serve, so why did they still serve it to me? I do not know. I’m very upset that they were too lazy to tell me they had nothing but broth left. Hopefully your staff does better at this location, will not be returning and I’m a regular at Panera!

  I had a great experience at the Panera Bread at Greenmount Crossing. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My order was prepared quickly and the food was fresh and delicious. It’s always nice to go somewhere where the staff clearly cares about providing a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  The young lady that just took my order at the drive thru window was super kind and patient. Nothing over the top, just a nice change from what I’ve grown to expect in customer service in general these days. She was remorseful in letting me know they were out of parm at the order mic, and that cured me from disappointment at the window or getting my food home to discover it missing altogether. I genuinely appreciate her entire demeanor. Now let’s hope when I get home the food is just as good! Thank you for the service young lady! :)

  I wish I could give this location a 0. The other Panera's are great. But Belleville should be shut down. I went through the drive thru to sit over 20 minutes. Get to the window and they are out of what I ordered. I asked why didn't they say that at the window. They said they didn't know. I try to extend Grace but how do you not know if you're out of something. At least let someone know while ordering. Manager came to the window and said he was going to give me a bowl instead of a cup. Sir, I ordered a bowl. Lady got that wrong too. Smh. I won't eat from there. I'll go to Fairview.
