  I almost always have issues with this location. Usually forget something on the orders, their App often doesn't work, and typically just terrible attitude. Avoid if possible, and check your orders if not.

  Im a regular here, I go through the drive thru on my lunches at least 3 times a week. I normally dont have an issue with this location, however the last two days have changed my mind about coming here. I never had a chance to get her name, she wore a blue shirt, and I want to say she had reddish hair tied up, but she is a completely ignorant employee. Absolutely tarnished the good experiences ive had here. Yesterday I ordered and got a large coke with no ice and another large coke. Ended up getting a Dr pepper and upon confronting her she got hostile and yelled that it was a coke, she then shut the window and walked away, failing to correct her mistake. Today I brought my coworkers with me and we all got lunch. Pretty much everything about our orders was wrong, but the kind gentleman working the window hastily got us our replacements. The same lady then walked up to the window when I was trying to exchange the medium fry they gave me for the large fry I ordered and paid for, and she immediately became rude with me and told me I was wrong and they rang me up for a medium. When I pulled out my receipt and tried telling her otherwise she shut the window and walked away. I had to sit and wait for the other gentleman to come back and replace my fries. If she cant handle working with customers, which its evident she has absolutely no capacity to do so whatsoever, she needs to not be employed there. You'd think if you're gonna work fast food, you'd at least have the decency to give customers what they pay for. Im not even asking for the apology and a smile like they train in yall videos. I really dont care about that. As long as I get what I paid for we can move on and have a nice day... but really? This is just trashy behavior.

  I ordered a 3 pack of cookies and ordered 2 McFlurrys with extra fudge and neither came and the order number of the receipt was ripped off halfway so I wasn’t able to confirm it and everytime I order here they never give me straws for my drinks.

  This McDonalds consistently has the SLOWEST service out of any McDonalds I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t matter if there is one person in line or 10. Don’t try to get something quick here if you are in a hurry. The fake plants on the tables are a nice touch though.

  If your going here at night your wasting your time. They just walk around the whole time in the inside doing nothing and don’t even take your order. You can have a mobile order and they still won’t come to the window. Too many young workers who don’t wanna work. Good area bad staff.
