  Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Seen multiple people just leave. Stuck trying to decide to wait since it’s almost my turn or leave. About 5 minutes between orders.

  Left work at the base to grab my family lunch. Kiddos are on spring break so I ordered 6 for my family. After ordering, the woman says "Sssiiixxxxx??!!!". I guess there's a limit as to how many 1 customer can order?? She was clearly upset I order 6 of the 8 inch turkey sandwiches. Huffing and puffing like she was annoyed. The sandwiches barely had anything on it. Never going back. I work too hard to waste money.

  Definitely not Freaky Fast, but they are Freaky slow. Worst Jimmy John's. Handed the 4 sandwiches that were purchased, asked which 1 had bacon on it, they rudely said they didn't know. Didn't mark it. Paid for the extra bacon. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for 3 slims and 1 club Lulu. Very sad looking sandwiches.

  The girls at the front were in front of the counter, talking to guys. Asked if we had a pick up order, when we said no she mumbled something and walked behind the counter. Continued talking to the guys. I am also pretty sure Jimmy John’s doesn’t want loud explicit rap music playing over the speakers of their location. They were skipping songs so I assume they had their own music connected. The food was okay but the service is horrible. We also went through the drive through a couple of weeks ago and they asked us to pull into the parking lot and wait and there were no cars behind us and no one inside, so not sure why there was a wait.

  My wife got us 2 sandwiches and 2 sodas for nearly $30!!! When she got home I discovered they gave her the wrong sandwich that was mine causing me to have to take time out of my evening and spend gas to go back up there and get my sandwich replaced. They replaced it and I let them know I should be financially compensated for my time and gas to make me hole. The person “in charge” said well you can have some chips to witch I laughed and said I that dose not put money back in my pocket. Oh I should mention that yes I did use profanity absolutely to which the employees acted as if they had bee heard such a thing lol. He finally said he could give me a gift card,(after insulting me with some chips), then he says the only way he can give me a card is if I give home my phone number! I recoiled at this. No I’m not giving a corporation my phone number that just defrauded me. By the way my wife told me when she came up there there was an individual on the sandwich line with her pants down and you could see her A.S.S. So I’m taking this to corporate.
