    Terrible service. Store full of customers and all the employeea are hiding in the back. Been waiting on my food for 30 mins. Cant even get anyone to give me a refund ao I can leave.

    After waiting for an hour at the window the lady then tells me they don’t have any fries when she could have just said that when I made the order but no she had me waiting for no reason at all I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star

    Food is at best ok. Service is absolutely terrible every time. Orders take forever, staff is more often than not rude or inconsiderate, and for the past few years now we have always had something wrong with our order. At least the last 10 times we have had up to 3/4 of our order missing. I do not recommend this location at all.

    Easily one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve seen. Rude workers, slow service, incorrect order. Avoid this place like the plague unless you’re a fan of wasting your money and time!

    Came here at 9:08 AM whenever they were already supposed to be open and the doors were still locked. Nobody was answering on the drive-through microphone when we pulled around front to call the store. The lady answered, and she was very rude and hung up on us. We went back around drive through and waited 5 mins for her to answer again! Then she asked us to pull around and waited another 10 on our food. Safe to say this place shouldn’t even be open at this point!
