As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Its 1230 at night im trying to get a late meal through doordash waited 40 minutes for food to arrive and it was the wrong order. I wanted grilled chicken and they sent me fried! How can you not get it righ! Lol

First time I pulled up, they’re taking card only. Which makes no sense to me at all, but I went to put money on my card and came back only for the car ahead of me and me to be told that he’s going on break and no longer taking orders. I understand employees need breaks but why doesn’t this location have another employee to over breaks so they don’t have to stop taking orders?

Second, they can't even get their own easy food specials right. Example: They have a special where you can get 2 sandwiches for $6.50(they are with 2 patties of which ever sandwich you choose). Order was: 1 large French fry, the 2 for $6.50(a double cheeseburger plain and a spicy double chicken). They got the double cheeseburger plain correct but the spicy chicken sandwich was cold and only had 1 chicken patty. This combination is the exact reason I only go there once or twice a year, if that. Food is usually good but these kind of mistakes and the attitude is main reason I don't like to go there. Plus trying to tell them that the order was wrong at the walk-up window is a mistake. Their attitude went from being terrible to worse that ended up in shouting match. This place isn't worth the hassle anymore.
